Pros: The interview and onboarding process has been top-notch, world-class in my 20+ years. I went through an onboarding week at the Salesforce Tower in San Francisco, and the experience was just phenomenal. The culture and the talent that is in my onboarding class were amazing. The benefits are great. The compensation is fair. The overall benefit and compensation is above average. I would definitely recommend Salesforce to anyone looking to get on board. The next wave of AI is already here, and Salesforce is at the forefront of it.

Cons: I have yet to find a con about this company.

Pros: Everything that you need to do your job is provided to you (mostly without questions). While they are definitely not paymasters, they also are not at the bottom. Colleagues are helpful, and most of them are ready to share their knowledge and experience. The professional services at Salesforce are probably better equipped than any other implementation partner to provide value and innovation to clients.

Cons: Leadership in professional services comes mainly from tier-2 consulting services (acquisitions, lateral hires) companies, and they are trying to bring the worst of that culture to Salesforce. If this continues, Salesforce professional services will just be another premium body shop. They are mostly managers (not leaders) and know how to achieve their targets in ST, with very little concern for the long-term impact of culture in the organization.

Pros: Free food, good office culture, coffee. Good insurance options, wellness allowance.

Cons: Reducing wellness amounts now. More stringent tools in place.
