The interview and onboarding process has been top-notch, world-class in my 20+ years. I went through an onboarding week at the Salesforce Tower in San Francisco, and the experience was just phenomenal. The culture and the talent that is in my onboarding class were amazing. The benefits are great. The compensation is fair. The overall benefit and compensation is above average. I would definitely recommend Salesforce to anyone looking to get on board. The next wave of AI is already here, and Salesforce is at the forefront of it.
I have yet to find a con about this company.
