Build and Release Engineer Interview Experience

Process

I applied online and used an employee referral. It took over two months from my submission to receiving an offer.

The interview process consisted of four rounds:

  1. The first call was with my recruiter, who reviewed my experience and resume and discussed my interest in Salesforce.
  2. The second round was a video call with my manager.

Hemanti Bhatia, my recruiter, was very helpful in preparing me for the interview and identifying areas to concentrate on, which significantly boosted my confidence.

  1. The third and fourth rounds were technical video call interviews conducted by team members, who assessed my technical skills with various tools.
