The application process began with a very nice and informal phone call with a recruiter. Already on the next business day, there was an interview with the team manager.
This was followed by interviews with the international (future) colleagues (technical background check) and a personal interview at the Jena site.
After each step, there was prompt feedback from the recruiter (within 24 hours), including a request to share one's own feelings/experiences.
In this way, I felt well supported at all times.
That's what I call an application process with class, which should serve as a model for other companies.
