Pros: At least in my BU, people are extremely helpful and truly care about each other. You will have tons of support and resources. Benefits are amazing (compared to smaller companies I have worked at). A very welcoming and inclusive environment.

Cons: On large calls, Management is spending as much time on equality issues (BLM, Stop Asian Hate, LGBTQ, or whatever is making headlines that week/month). Firstly, it's too much time on the subject, and secondly, it seems like it's "Flavor of the day" Equality. I would rather spend the time learning about work-related topics. I am involved in equality learning and action outside of work. It's extremely hard at first to find resources internally when you have problems to solve; there is so much information available. After a year or so...

Pros: Had a good and fun internship.

Cons: Definitely a little more corporate.

Pros: The benefits are still really good.

Cons: 'Performance culture' is more cutthroat. It is what it is.
