The process was very smooth and quite enjoyable.

The recruiter was very helpful and kept me updated at every step. I had all four interviews on the same week and received the offer on the following Tuesday with no bureaucracy or unnecessary wait.

The interviewers were all very friendly, intelligent, and genuinely excited about Salesforce. Most of the interviews felt more like interesting conversations, where I was given plenty of opportunity to talk about what I have to offer the role and company, as well as demonstrate my capability for learning new skills.

Having interviewed with big companies before, this was by far the best interview process I have experienced. An important note is that half of the interviewers were women, which is a big change compared to most places and, in my opinion, tells a lot about their engagement with equality.
