3 Steps:

• Interview over the phone with the hiring manager. This includes a simple coding program and a few technical questions, followed by general questions about background and work experience.

• Online coding exercise: A 90-minute online test in your preferred programming language to write a method and then write as many JUnit tests for that method as possible. At the end, there will be discussions with a developer about the solutions.

• Three on-site interviews with various members from the department. This involves code writing on a whiteboard and discussion of the solution. One of the interviews was more testing strategies oriented.
