I was contacted by a Salesforce recruiter regarding an application I submitted through their Careers site.
The recruiter was very friendly and professional the whole way through.
I had a quick phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a screen with a hiring manager, followed by a timed HackerRank coding exercise.
After a week, the recruiter let me know the results of the review (I was rejected), and that was that.
Had I made it past that round, I was told there would be an all-day on-site interview, after which a final decision would be made on whether or not to tender an offer.
Tell me about yourself.
Do you have any questions for me (the hiring manager)?
The coding exercise can be found online. It was a graph problem.
