The hiring process is a pleasant one. It starts with a phone screen by a recruiter (revolves around your skills and interests) followed by a technical phone screen scheduled afterwards. Technical phone screen is mostly about your background. A technical problem centered around DS is discussed. If you manage to move forward, you have to take programming task. I personally found myself short on time and managed to do the bare minimum asked. Make sure you're well versed with the language you choose to take the test as you won't have a lot of time to look up the APIs. After this is onsite interviews. There's five-six 1:1 interviews which includes a paid-for lunch with an employee :). There shouldn't be any surprises if you're well prepared with the basics of DS and brush up your knowledge of skills mentioned in the job description.
