I applied online and received a call from the recruiter in the same week.

I had applied for a different location, but they informed me they were calling me for another. I agreed to the new location for the job role discussed on the call.

We discussed and confirmed a telephonic interview with the hiring manager for Thursday.

Within two days (on Monday), I received an email stating that hiring for this position had been paused and they would contact me once hiring resumed. However, I suddenly received an email on Wednesday evening that the hiring manager would like to conduct the interview on Thursday morning. I was excited about the progress and prepared for the interview. But they sent me an email an hour before the scheduled time stating the interview had been cancelled.

They contacted me again after a few days and scheduled another date, this time directly for a "Technical Interview" instead of an interview with the "Hiring Manager." I again provided dates and times for my availability within the next week, and they agreed to the date and time, sending me a confirmation email.

And then, I received yet another email stating they had already selected a candidate for this position.

This demonstrated very unprofessional behavior from the recruitment team. They do not value a candidate's time. There was no clarity.

They initially told me there would be four different interview rounds. They discussed my interviews and forwarded my resume within one month. During that month, I hadn't even been given a chance for an interview; they just kept scheduling and then canceling dates. After waiting for a month, they informed me that the position was already filled.
