Performance Engineering Interview Experience

Process

I applied through the company website and soon after received an email from the Salesforce recruiter, asking me to schedule a call with her. This was a casual chat about my interests and past projects, along with some behavioral interview questions.

Soon after, I had an interview with the Director of Performance Engineering, and everything seemed to go just fine until then.

I was then referred to a company performance engineer for a third round. I thought I did well through the process, but never heard back from the recruiter. After weeks of trying to reach out, I was informed that the recruiter had left and that they had cancelled all performance engineering internships. I lost so much time in the process.
