Process

All stages were excellently managed and very clear. The interest in conveying that Salesforce is an excellent company was always evident, in addition to having cordial treatment and being attentive to any concerns.

The process included:

  • A remote technical exam (HackerRank)
  • An in-person interview with Human Resources
  • An in-person practical exam (whiteboard)
  • An additional in-person technical exam (coding) to complement the whiteboard and further validate my technical skills.

In addition, I had interviews with the managers of the team I would join if hired. It became very clear that all these stages are important and are taken into account. The professionalism observed in the execution of the process makes someone with experience especially value it.

Questions

I was pleasantly surprised by the managers' interest in learning how I worked in my previous positions. Furthermore, they asked me questions aimed at validating my teamwork style.

An example question was:

How would you integrate a new team member so that they can best fit in?
