Overall, I find the career opportunities good. If you find the right team and a good manager, you can do well. The manager part is crucial because, unlike in other organizations, in Salesforce, the manager can make or break your career.
Avoid the India team. The HR or VP managers are not interested in fixing issues if anything is brought to their notice. Avoiding politics in the Hyd office will be a task. There are too many late-night meetings. The India team works like a 24x7 sweatshop, sad but not a solution.
