Pros: INSANE intern experience.
They put me in one of the nicest apartments in the city for corporate housing. They had super fun intern events and outings, awesome C-suite talks, great pay, etc.
Cons: The work itself was nothing special in my case and in the case of a lot of other people I talked to. If you don't particularly care about what you're working on, Salesforce is a great place. If you want to work on the newest things coming out in tech, perhaps another place would be better suited for your interests.

Best Work-Life Balance

Pros: You probably couldn't find a better work-life balance anywhere in the Bay. Lunch might not be provided, but with a solid amount of PTO, volunteer time off (7 days!), and flexibility of location, Salesforce definitely makes up for it. The people who work at Salesforce are also incredibly talented, and everyone seems to understand how to leverage our strong position in the market.
Cons: Salesforce values high growth and sales more than strong engineering. They are working on changing this, albeit slowly.
