Interview with the TL via Zoom.

Starting with questions about my knowledge:

What technologies do I usually use?
Etc.

Then there were some "live coding" problems in a common editor (I think it was Google Docs).

Finally, some general technical questions in the style of "system design", but not generic like "how would you code Spotify", but rather how to solve specific problems.

Great Place to Work

Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: The company culture is great. The team members are very supportive and very helpful. The level of transparency is amazing. There are internal job fairs, which make it very easy to learn about other teams. Employees get volunteer time off.

Cons: Initial compensation may be greater than FAANG for new grads, but can grow at a lesser rate over the years comparatively.

Pros: The atmosphere is pretty laid back, and most people are friendly and willing to help.

Cons: There are two cons in my mind: 1. The reward for good work is more work. 2. They say that they follow agile methodologies, but it is really a crude bastardization of disconnected processes.
