Pros: Great training programs and tools for learning, with very good perks. Some very cool activities like Hack days and volunteering activities.

Cons: The technology stack used for development is old in many of the projects. Most of the work is about maintaining and patching legacy monolithic apps. Policies are sometimes hard to find and understand. Make sure that you understand the policies when you enter this company. This includes schedules, flexibility, and WFH. If you are on a work visa and want to start a PERM process, make sure your type of visa is compatible with their policies for that concern. Also, make sure that you have good communication with your manager, as different managers seem to understand the company's philosophy, values, and policies in a different way.

Pros: Work-life balance, great pay, 15% discount on ESPP, technically challenging.

Cons: Bad project management habits, no stock refreshers, and a very political workspace.

Pros: Flexibility, extended parental leave, a lot of PTO, stock plans, wellness compensation, pro-volunteering, large-scale systems and challenges, senior engineers, a very professional HR department, and a lot of other benefits.

Cons: Bureaucracy and everything that comes along with it: large organizations, maybe too large. Too many engineers in some areas and too few engineers in other areas. Low agility, changes take time, and procedures are cumbersome. Not flashy (for those who are interested in events and parties and stuff).
