1. HR phone call to align job spec and candidate experiences/expectations.

2. Phone interview (45 min):

   • High-level solution about 2 problems involving sorting algorithms.
   • Q&A of experiences on my CV.
   • Explain some general concepts (e.g., reactive, callback, etc.).
   • Space for my questions.

3. On-site interview (4 hours):

   • Manager chat about the team, role, and my experiences.
   • Session about concepts around software development, design, and frameworks. Also, I had 10 minutes to read an internal MVC framework paper and explain it.
   • Whiteboard coding session creating a regex validator.
   • Whiteboard coding session about sorting + big O notation, performance, and improvements.
   • Live JS coding (I am not a JS dev) to solve a sorting problem.
   • Coffee chat for soft skills and open questions.

The process was very challenging, and the team was very kind – I really enjoyed the whole process.
