The overall interview process involved:
- A 1-hour phone screen
- A 1-hour coding challenge on HackerRank
- A 2-hour on-site interview
Everyone was very friendly throughout the whole process, and I got a really positive feeling about the Salesforce Ohana. The content is very focused on technical expertise, going very deep into the relevant topics and even into some areas where Salesforce faces unique challenges uncommon in other environments.
