5 interviews:
- First one with a recruiter, whom I assume is the first filter. Andrew was very clear and explained every step of the process. He was very communicative throughout the whole process.
- Technical, mostly to confirm overall Salesforce technical experience, its limitations (governor limits), and some general capabilities of some clouds.
- Consultant interview focused on use cases and scenarios regarding project management and strategies according to specific project and cultural scenarios for a successful implementation.
- Panel interview: I was assigned a case study to present. I prepared a presentation for 4 people, in a scenario where I presented project highlights to them, as they played the roles of customers and asked questions.
- Last one with the Country GM.

Cons: There are a lot of opportunities to work earlier, later, or on weekends. Setting limits early is key.
