A very organized and well-executed process!
There were 3 interviews:
- 1 with HR: very general, but also to prove English (lasted +40min).
- 1 with the Technical Architect (1h).
- 1 panel with 2 directors and a senior analyst (1 hour).
Throughout the process, I felt very comfortable. All the people were very polite and good listeners.
It is quite clear how Salesforce wants to know how you deal with a complex situation. There are no exact or correct answers. The ideal is for you to be yourself and elaborate good, truthful answers about your background.
