Process

I originally applied for the position of Program Architect, as this seemed the most appropriate after discussion with the Salesforce recruiter. The process was explained as three telephone interviews (Technical, Consulting, Line Manager), followed by a panel interview in person at Salesforce Tower.

After the three telephone interviews, it was agreed that Senior Technical Architect would be more suitable. The process then became two further telephone interviews (Technical & Consulting), followed by the panel interview.
