I had an initial conversation with a recruiter, followed by a 1.5-hour phone screen. After that, I had a 4.5-hour on-site interview.
Throughout the whole process, the interviewers were friendly, relaxed, and made me feel comfortable.
I highly suggest brushing up on algorithms, data structures, and core OS concepts like synchronization primitives, etc.
