Process

I had a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager. That went very well, and the hiring manager asked me to come in.

I was lined up to interview with three people, but when I arrived, one of them had to leave suddenly, and I only interviewed with two people.

I felt that it went well, but there was no mention of next steps at the end. Then I realized that it didn't go well at all.

Questions

What is the difference between XP and Scrum?

And I'll be really disappointed if you say that XP is about doing certain practices and Scrum is a framework.
