Pros: Good working place, time-off, and very friendly people.
My contributions were taken into consideration, and I felt that my creative opinion was valued and actually considered.
Cons: There was way too much micromanaging of the interns.
There was a slight air of mistrust between the managing staff and the interns.
It may be because it is France, but there was a lot of complaining and little action on the part of some of the employees.

Pros: Compensation, career growth. It's good to get into the CRM world and explore a vast range of careers.
Cons: Too much politics, favoritism, and too many business-driven teams in Community Cloud.
