I had an initial interview with the hiring manager via Google Hangouts. There was a code interview that required me to complete a short project. Then, I had an onsite interview in which I spoke to nine different people in groups of two. Some were present onsite, while others were remote via Google Hangout.

Pros: Amazing benefits for the Indianapolis area. Great culture and work flexibility. Pay is better than nearby competitors but lags behind other major tech hubs.

Cons: Little room for advancement in some of the sub-clouds, unless you worked at whatever company got acquired to create that cloud. It can be hard to move up or onto different teams of your own volition. Constant reorganizations of mid-level management make it hard to get established as a newer employee.
