The process began with a 30-minute phone screen with the technical recruiter. He briefly described the position and team, and we went over the details of my resume.
Next was a 30-minute Google Meet interview with the team manager the following week. This interview was a bit more technical but overall still high-level (no whiteboarding or specific code questions).
I was then given a 2.5-hour technical test, which I had a week to complete.
The final step was an in-person interview, where I met with about 8 people over the course of a few hours. This involved a mix of more traditional, behavioral questions, high-level technical questions, and code whiteboard questions.
I was presented with an offer within a week of the in-person interview. The entire process took about 2 months.
