In total, there were three interviews and a practical exercise to demonstrate communication skills, as the position requires frequent communication with third-party technical staff.

The first interview was with a recruiter who, in a very pleasant and friendly manner, explained the available positions, the excellent benefits the company offered its employees, and the profile they sought.

After that, I selected one of the available positions based on what I found most attractive professionally and what best fit my previous experience.

The second interview was with the Product Manager and the Project Lead. Truly excellent people to interact with, possessing great knowledge of the company and what they were looking for in the role I had applied for. This interview seemed to be primarily oriented towards attitude and one's work culture. I liked that it was the first interview like this, because usually technical aspects are evaluated first, and attitude at the end.

The third interview was purely technical with three members of the team with whom I would be working. It involved a live coding exercise, questions were posed, and finally, time was allocated for me to ask my doubts regarding the role and better understand the tasks carried out within the team.

Finally, I was given an exercise via email to solve and return within two hours. However, it didn't seem very complex. If you have sufficient ability to understand the problem presented and communicate in English, it can be solved easily and quickly.
