Pros: Seriously great corporate culture and values. A sea of opportunities to learn. Salesforce as a corporation is amazing. They have emphasis and enablement towards volunteering. Something I wish all companies would take from them. I am giving the company 5 stars despite the headline and huge list of cons. I just want to warn any bright person out there not to be sold on the brand name. Also, it's a great place if you are in Sales and Marketing. There's a lot going around.

Cons: Only meant for Dublin office. Don't mistake it for real Salesforce. There's an almost negligible engineering presence. There's very little to share and learn for engineering and software development. All kinds of games are being played, as a small number of staff wants to push into management. There's a huge hierarchy, and it may be good on a global scale, but it doesn't quite make sense to have that in the Dublin office. Some people are stuck in monotonous work and see moving to management as their only way out, acting in poor spirit. If you are looking for good work and a good team, don't bother. Join a startup instead. The current state of the Dublin office is worse than that. If it weren't for the larger organization holding it to a structure, the place would have been much more chaotic.

Pros: Good environment, decent culture. Work with relatively cutting-edge technologies. Co-workers were knowledgeable and encouraging. Overall, a very laid-back place to work with opportunities to learn additional technologies.

Cons: While relatively challenging, the work can be extremely repetitious and dull. Lack of consistent knowledge sharing. The actual workspace was cramped; contractors shared a small room with around 15 other contract developers from various teams.

Pros: One of the best companies I have worked for. There are lots of scopes to learn and jump around to different profiles. It's an open culture, and the people are very helpful across any team. Great 1-on-1 model, and it is followed religiously.

Cons: Great neighborhood, but it comes at the cost of commute time.
