In-person discussions, including some whiteboarding. Met with several people for a short period. They were very focused on object-oriented principles and introduced some buzzwords. Some quiz questions were asked, and I whiteboarded out a question.

Pros: - Supportive managers who check up on you to make sure you're doing okay.
- The culture is true to what the other reviews state and is super friendly and helpful!
- Managers want to help you grow and develop, especially as an engineer.
Cons: Onboarding can be a little overwhelming since there's a lot to learn when you first start. This is typical of most enterprise software companies.
