A recruiter called, and it took two weeks to schedule the interview. She then forgot to let me know and rescheduled it. After that, I had a phone screen with the manager of the team.
My basic experience and background were assessed. Nothing difficult. I expected to move forward to the next step.
After a week, I guess the recruiter forgot again, so I had to email her back. She replied saying they could not move forward, with a generic response stating no actual reason why they couldn't.
I replied back with a polite response and sought feedback. The recruiter never responded back.
It was such a waste of time, the entire process. I am glad I didn't move forward to the next step, as I know it would have taken another month for them to schedule it.
