- Applied online through the Salesforce Career website.
- Received an email with a link to the online test.
- Took the online technical skills assessment, which included two simple coding questions. However, I was rejected without explanation.
- The worst part was receiving messages from unknown companies before the interview results were even announced. They claimed to have found my personal profile on Salesforce. It's a horrible experience.

Pros: - Worked very closely with my team, delivering work directly applicable to the team on a very customer-facing product as an intern.
- Had lots of opportunity to hear from the CEO and executives.
- Received monthly Fridays off for wellness plus $100 monthly reimbursements for wellness activities.
- Good salary.
- Relaxed deadlines and no "grinding" or "tech bro" culture.
- Received lots of swag.
- Experienced lots of clarity about expectations and how to reach them.
- Received lots of support from recruiters and the intern team.
- Everyone is super nice, friendly, and open about feedback and helping you.
- Even though I failed to get an offer from one team, my recruiter passed my information to another team where I received an offer.
Cons: The smallest con: since I started in June, a lot of the intern events happened in the beginning and more in May. So, at around the halfway mark, there wasn't a lot of engagement from the intern team.
