Pros: The selection process consisted of 3 parts: OA, technical round, and managerial round. OA - It consisted of 2 LC easy-medium questions. I wasn't able to complete all test cases of the 2nd question. I still managed to get the call for the virtual onsite interviews. Technical interview: 45 minutes long. It included 1 DS question with updates/modifications and resume discussion. Managerial Round: 30 minutes long. It included 3 behavioral questions and resume grilling. Outcome: Selected Major Pro: I initially interviewed with a different team. Even though the interviews went well, they chose to go with a different candidate. However, as I had received positive feedback from the hiring manager, my recruiter recommended me to a different team, and I was fortunate enough to impress the recruitment team.

Cons: It was an easy, to-the-point interview, wherein interviewers were only interested in skills that I possessed and which were useful for their project.

Pros: - Good benefits - Work-life balance - Can easily move around groups and apply for internal jobs - I took an international transfer and they were supportive - RSUs

Cons: - Bought Slack for a whopping $35 billion but now don't know what to do with it. It turned out to be a dud. - Technical people have limited growth (in Services), but sales people grow to the top.

Pros: Have good benefits and office culture.

Cons: I feel a lot of pressure at work.
