Then, you will schedule an interview with the hiring manager.
There should be two more rounds after that, but I did not progress.
Questions

There will also be hypothetical troubleshooting scenarios.

Pros: A lot of them:
* Unlimited vacations for the Buenos Aires office
* Good office facilities
* Events
* Good office location
* Days off by company initiative
* Good work-life balance.
Cons: In my case, I was working for this company for almost 4 years, and I resigned because I was suffering from workplace harassment from my manager. The fact that employees' success wasn't able to resolve an internal conflict finally led to my resignation. I think it's one of the principal disadvantages: some managers are not prepared to be managers and are promoted only because they had a couple of years working in the company. Also, in interviews, they promise that you will work with the latest technologies in the market, but in the case of my position, I never touched Kubernetes, and SRE was only limited to monitoring PagerDuty alerts and NewRelic boards.
