Pros: I love the opportunity to work with an amazing set of people who are talented, inspiring, and if given a chance, can build a rocket as well. If I have to tell you, Salesforce is full of such people.
Cons: Navigation through the organization chain often leads to little or less clarity on what is going on at higher levels.

Fairly efficient and not very bureaucratic operation for a company of this size.
Competitive salary and benefits.
Cons: Work-life balance, even if well respected by colleagues, can be difficult to reconcile with the workload. The FR organization seems to be dominated by Sales.
