I applied online through the Salesforce careers site and received a call two days later from a recruiter for an initial screening and to organize a phone interview with the hiring manager.
Within two weeks, I had two phone interviews, an on-site interview, and received my offer.
Everyone I dealt with was very warm and welcoming. There wasn't a question they were unable to answer, giving great insight into what life would be like at Salesforce.
The questions themselves were more geared towards how I would approach certain problems and exploring my professional background, rather than a raw technical Q&A session, although there were a few of those questions thrown in as well.
As with any interview, there were a few questions that were difficult to answer and some that you really had to think about, but nothing completely unexpected or unfair.
Overall, it was probably the most impressive interview experience I have had.
