The pay and benefits are great! Good remote work policies, and a group for just about everyone to get involved in. I love the Volunteer Time Off every year to put in some work on the causes I care about.
The promotion cycle is challenging as you go up the IC ladder. I hear they've done some work to improve it, but I haven't seen it myself.
