Pros
  1. Flexible working hours.
  2. Wellness reimbursement ($15 taxable).
  3. Food options (in Bangalore, you will have to face a queue).
  4. Giving back to society: get good opportunities for volunteer work.
Cons

Worst Manager: Many managers in the cloud come from service-based companies and often try to replicate the same culture. They tend to form exclusive groups, providing credit and opportunities primarily to those within their circle. This can result in slow growth and a detrimental impact on both confidence in technology and people management. Such practices can be deeply discouraging and hurtful.

Advice to Management
  1. Instead of hiring from outside, please consider promoting internal employees. We work diligently to achieve the company’s goals and are committed to contributing our skills and experience to further its success.

  2. Please address the issues highlighted in the GIS survey regarding management, especially for bad people managers. We invested significant effort and courage to bring these challenges to light, and it is crucial that changes are made to improve the situation.
