This was the initial HMgr phone interview. There were questions about my previous experience and other general questions. A lot of emphasis was placed on how my previous experience suits the current job description.

The schedule was provided in advance. Interviewers included members of related IT functions and business stakeholders. Round 1 consisted of 6 interviews with the hiring manager, and Director and Manager level personnel. Round 2 consisted of 5 inter

The interview was just part of the general process. I had a phone interview. The guy who interviewed me was okay. He asked about whatever I had mentioned in my resume and a few technical questions.
