The interview included two rounds of standard conversational Q&A and two rounds of programming. The last programming round was remote pair programming. The questions were fair; no one was trying to prove how smart they are. There were no algorithms

I have one phone interview first, followed by a coding test. I received an email for the coding test, which was two hours long. It was challenging to finish within the time frame. I used extra time to clean up the code and made another submission.

It was very good.
