Quick phone call with an internal recruiter to help find a match. One-hour technical phone screen that included coding on HackerRank. On-site interview with six different people, some local and some remote.

The recruiting coordinator set up a series of 1:1 interviews with peers of the hiring manager. After that, we negotiated the offer, accepted the offer via DocuSign, and finally underwent a background check. Overall, the process was well-organized.

I applied through an employee referral. The process was straightforward, with an initial phone screen and then a full day onsite, talking to five engineers and the hiring manager. Questions focused on data structures, algorithms, and system design. I
