Excellent cloud setup. Organized and autonomous team. Mutual respect.
We were very non-transparent in the contract extension process. We were stonewalled until the day before term end to tell me they were not going to renew me after the employee I was covering for returned, when the initial job offer mentioned it was open to extension.
They did not respond to questions from both me and the contracting company about why the extension was not going through.
I understand you need to keep departing employees productive, but it's a grave disrespect to wait until 24 hours to tell someone they don't have a job, seemingly through no fault of their own.
