Salesforce is a workplace with a lot of experience. You will learn the correct and safe way to do your job; this is a great deal at Salesforce.
Quality is important. The employee is appreciated on all levels, both financially and mentally. Salesforce values motivate its employees to be more connected to their communities.
As a huge company, the delivery is slow compared to smaller ones and start-ups. You need a lot of reviews and approvals due to the huge number of users, which means an enormous amount of data, making every process slow.
Also, the teams get shifted a lot, which gives a feeling of uncertainty.
Another thing is that in Salesforce, as in most well-based tech companies, there are not enough opportunities for juniors.
