Wonderful company to work at. It will take a lot more than similar compensation at another company for me to leave Salesforce.
- Great leadership team, starting from top to mid-level execs
- Internal collaboration amongst various groups/teams
- Competitive compensation
- Work culture
- Flexible work style, of course, as long as you can do your job to the full extent
Not much comes to mind. Here is one thing we can improve upon:
- More transparency in the promotion process/criteria.
