• Family emergency > work (depending on your team, but mostly consistent across Salesforce).
• Focused on underrepresented groups, equity, volunteering, and matching donations to registered charities.
• Good medical benefits, wellness, and remote allowances.
• Fair amount of autonomy as long as you deliver consistently and often.

Business direction can pivot often, usually annually, with reorgs or project reprioritization.

Outsourcing engineering resources to India is becoming a trend. Don't get too scared; Salesforce usually has generous severance packages when your entire department gets wiped out overnight.
