I completed an internship with no interview. I applied with my resume and was selected. I have done Salesforce Trailhead and completed all given modules. I also completed hard Trailhead modules, which earned me badges.

The interview process consists of three rounds: 1st round: Hiring manager interview, where they will dive deep into your resume. 2nd round: Online assessment. 3rd round: Virtual onsite interviews (5 sessions). The online assessment was a bit diffic

It's a nice experience. They took two rounds of interview; it's my dream company. I am interested in working with Salesforce. I am good at both configuration and customization. They asked admin-side questions, then development questions.
