Excellent salary, unlimited vacation, OSDE 410, very nice offices, very good employee support and work environment.
I don't find any disadvantages, it's an excellent place.
These past few months there haven't been any salary adjustments, but when there was high inflation, they accompanied salary increases very well with price increases.
