Amazing intern program! As a software engineering intern, I created a large product for my team from idea to delivery, which will be included in the next release. Very rewarding and fulfilling summer, always surrounded by brilliant people.

• Rare FaceTime with manager (only had one one-on-one with him ever!). I spoke with my mentor daily, so this didn't have an impact on my performance, but a higher degree of connection with my manager would have been appreciated.

To managers: only sign up for the intern program if you have the bandwidth in your schedule to give facetime to your interns.
