- Loop back to point 1. You will not find much except it.
- Management hardly appreciates your hard work.
- Senior management is mostly engaged with their own dirty politics.
- There is a reference culture in the most senior roles, where talent and experience are overlooked.
- There is no work-life balance and a lack of basic corporate culture.
- The Employee Success Manager (HR) is just for namesake, as there is complete monopoly of senior management, where you need to appease their egos, not with your hard work.
- Please release egoistical and self-centered managers, or educate them on how to behave in a corporate environment.
- Employee Success Managers (HR) should pick their main stream role instead of pleasing senior management with their inept decisions.
