Not exactly a con, but the only thing I can think of is: there is a lot of focus on selling Salesforce products and services to customers. There is a complex incentive program designed to encourage pitching and selling to customers.
None - great vision of the company, headed in the right direction. By adding sustainability as their fifth core value, Management has again shown its commitment to furthering the value of having a great future for all!
