I applied for a Scientist (R&D) position online and received an email from a senior scientist within 10 days of my application, asking me to present my area of work and experience. It was a group panel technical interview (telephone) and took about 45 minutes. I felt the interview was in a friendly atmosphere and was asked a couple of questions about my field. I am still waiting for their hiring decision.
